Fluorescent Partner Program
Terms & Conditions
The Fluorescent Partner Program is an affiliate program that offers agencies, developers, and freelancers a revenue share opportunity by recommending Fluorescent themes to their clients.
Referral Earnings
Fluorescent Partners are entitled to a 20% commission on the purchase of any Fluorescent theme for a client build, or referrals that result in a theme purchase.
Qualified Purchases
All theme purchases must be made directly through the Shopify theme store.
Referral earnings cannot be applied to theme purchases made prior the first day of Partnership.
Referral commissions cannot be combined with any other rebates or discounts offered by Fluorescent Design.
Reporting
Purchases must be reported using the Referral Form for verification. Partners must report purchases within 30 days of the transaction date to be eligible for referral earnings. Partners must report the myshopify.com URL as part of their submission. Fluorescent may contact partners directly if we are unable to verify a purchase and may ask for additional information such as the official receipt from Shopify.
Payments
Referral earnings are paid via PayPal. Partners must ensure that the PayPal email address submitted on the Referral Form is correct.
Monthly earnings are paid during the first week of the next month (eg, earnings on referrals submitted between April 1st and 30th are paid during the first week of May).
Referral earnings are paid in USD.
Taxes
Referral earnings are exclusive of all taxes. It is the sole responsibility of the Partner to declare and pay any tax due on these payments.
Brand
Partners are permitted to use the Fluorescent logo on their website and for approved co-marketing campaigns. Logos and other assets cannot be modified.
Any violation may result in the termination of Partner status and/or permission to use our brand assets.
Representation
Partners agree that they will not at any time promote themselves as a representative or employee of Fluorescent and will not make any indication that they are acting on behalf of Fluorescent Design.
Marketing
Partners agree that Fluorescent Design may use their name, their logo, and/or images of their completed projects that utilize Fluorescent products for marketing purposes.
