Terms & Conditions
Fluorescent Partners is an affiliate program that offers agencies, developers, and freelancers a revenue share opportunity by recommending our themes to their clients.
Referral Earnings
As a Fluorescent Agency Partner you are entitled to a 20% commission of any Fluorescent theme you use for your client builds or referrals resulting in a purchase.
Qualified Purchases
All theme purchases must be made directly through the Shopify theme store.
Referral earnings cannot be applied to theme purchases made prior the first day of Partnership.
Reporting
Purchases must be reported using the Referral Form for verification. Our Partner team will contact you directly if we are unable to verify your purchase and may ask for additional information such as the official receipt from Shopify.
Payments
We pay our Partners through PayPal, so you will need to have a PayPal account set up in order to receive payments. Please ensure that the PayPal email address listed submitted is correct.
Earnings are paid out during the first week of each month for the previous month (ie: for submissions sent from April 1 - April 30, referral earnings will be sent during the first week of May).
Fees to the Partner are paid in USD.
Taxes
All fees are exclusive of all taxes. It is the sole responsibility of the Partner to declare and pay any tax due on these payments.
Brand
Partners are permitted to use the Fluorescent logo on their website and for approved co-marketing campaigns. Logos and other assets cannot be modified.
Any violation may result in the termination of your Partner status and/or permission to use our brand assets.
Qualified Purchases
Partners agree that they will not at any time promote themselves as a representative or employee of Fluorescent and will not make any indication that you are acting on behalf of Fluorescent.
